Doctor Registration Agreement — DoctorNext
By registering on DoctorNext, you agree that: (1) All information provided including qualifications, registration numbers, and practice details are accurate and verifiable. (2) Your account will be activated only after physical verification by the DoctorNext team. (3) A ₹100 platform service charge is collected per appointment on behalf of Doc Next Services Pvt. Ltd. (4) Your ratings on the platform are based solely on verified patient reviews. (5) You will maintain patient confidentiality per applicable HIPAA / health data protection laws. (6) You may block or reschedule appointments but must ensure patient notifications are sent through the platform. (7) The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts found violating quality or ethics standards. (8) DoctorNext verifies credentials but does not employ doctors — you are an independent practitioner.
